We prioritize your data security. Any data uploaded for generative purposes is not stored or accessible to Diatech Labs or any third party. Users retain full ownership and control over their data.

5. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Credits purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of a payment failure, Diatech Labs will process a refund to the original payment method within 14 days, provided it was initiated by our system.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, use the services unlawfully, or breach these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Diatech Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the improper use of our tools or third-party issues.
